The hotel is located in Westbourne Terrace, on the north side of Hyde Park. Once, described as the 'finest street in London' this is one of the city's smartest Regency avenues. All of the Four Posted bedrooms are beautifully furnished and decorated in an traditional English style, with some modern touches such as 'in wall' flat screen televisions and broadband access. All the bedrooms are individually designed and feature genuine antique writing tables beautiful mahogany FOUR POSTER beds. All of the bathrooms are well equipped and feature beautifully crafted limestone wash basins, monogrammed bath robes, slippers and feature mirrors. Rooms feature a 19th Century mahogany writing table with a tooled leather top, a Georgian chest of drawers, and a Georgian tilt topped table used for breakfast. They all vary in size averaging around f215 sq ft. Rooms have Beau desert beds, and beautiful benison fabrics and hand made English brass lamps complete the opulent feel. Each room has telecommunication sockets, providing business guests with access to two telephone lines with direct dial facility, a modem connection, voice mail and fast broadband internet access. Rooms also feature flat screen Sharp LCD TV.

The hotel has no restaurant and breakfast is served in the bedroom at a time to suit the guest. Alternatively, breakfast may be taken in the drawing room.
