The Rydges Eagle Hawk Resort is located in North Canberra and is an ideal alternative to CBD hotels. FROM CANBERRA take the first exit off the Federal Highway AFTER the north ACT / NSW border sign. FROM SYDNEY watch for the Eagle Hawk Hill signs about 5km after the Tulip Farm. Take the UNITED petrol station exit. Facing the petrol station, the Resort is on your right. FROM THE AIRPORT turn right onto Majura road and follow it up to the Federal Highway (Goulburn signs). You may wish to investigate a hire car option if staying for more than a night as a taxi fare will cost you $25 to $30 each way.

The larges rooms have a plain decor and are generally in a very good condition. All rooms have air-conditioning. The rooms have been recently refurbished (Jan 2007), with the new super comfortable Rydges Dream Bed.

The Main Building houses a public bar, restaurant and café.
